Endurance composite doors are renowned for their style, strength and security. 48mm thick, cross-bonded, veneered, laminated, solid timber core delivers unrivalled strength and dimensional stability. An Endurance front door is a great choice for high security, providing peace of mind to our customers.
Endurance doors are made up of 17 laminations making the door nearly 10% thicker than most composite doors. Your front door is an investment that should make you feel safe and give you a thrill every time you walk up your path and see it.
How to Use the Endurance Door Designer
You will find the designer easy to use. Simply follow the steps to choose each element of your design and click on the next question.
You can go back and make changes at any point.
Remember to explore same coloured and contrasting frames.
When you have designed your door, you will see the screen shown below. You may either complete your details so that we can provide a free quote, or you can click to visit the virtual designer. This will allow you to upload a picture of your house and transpose your door design onto it. You can then send this to a friend or attach it to your request for a quote.
When you have completed your visualisation, click on “save visualisation. This will bring up the enquiry form. Complete this, and all of it will be sent to you as a PDF and to us for a quote.Â

How Much Do Endurance Front Doors Cost?
We have a wide range of front doors including GRP, UPVC, composite and aluminium which means that we have front doors to suit every budget. Front door costs have a huge variation in costs. You will often see doors advertised at just a few hundred pounds but these are rarely durable or secure. You are welcome to come to our showroom and look at the variety on display. We happily give quotations without obligation or pressure. Classic Endurance Front Doors
The Classic Collection of front doors features a wide variety of classic doors inspired by the Georgian and Victorian eras. These look fantastic on the most traditional looking property. If you are reluctant to give up the authenticity of wood, you may be pleasantly surprised at the look of these timber core composite doors. The Urban Collection of composite front doors features 10 stylish and modern designs. These complement modern homes and traditional properties alike. The Country Collection
The Country Collection features a range of traditional shiplap styles that suggest a warm cosy interior to your visitors. You can imagine the roses round the door when you think of these doors. These look great in the earth tones of natural wood colours but the colours that have been popular in Cardiff recently are Duck Egg Blue and Chartwell Green.
Hinges
The hinges supplied on Endurance composite doors as standard are designed to meet the requirements of PAS 24:2016. This is required as part of a compliant door system and BS 6375. The security of the pin is also achieved by a concealed grub screw to prevent unauthorised access by lifting off an outward opening composite door.
Glazing
All Endurance doors are glazed with 4mm toughened safety glass, either double or triple glazed. This glazing design meets BSEN1279 standards for complete door protection. All sealed units are secured using a cassette glazing system that has been independently tested and approved to the PAS 23/24 standards.

To be accepted under the ‘Secured by Design’ initiative, Endurance Doors must pass an intense and comprehensive testing process, comprising:
- A manual attack on the locking hardware with tools including a crowbar and mole grips.
- An unlimited number of 3-minute attacks on the door cylinder using a range of tools such as craft knives and screwdrivers.
- 3-minute manual attack using chisels and brick bolsters to gain entry through the door.
- Hard-body impact test – impacts are applied to the door leaf at hinge points and locking points using a 50kg steel impactor.
