Roof Only Conservatory Refurbishment
Most conservatories become a dumping ground in the summer and winter because the roof does not provide enough insulation. If your only concern is that it’s always too hot or too cold, a conservatory roof with lightweight tiles and a plastered ceiling inside, may be all you need. We completely remove the old roof and install a fully insulated roof. If you’re worried about light in the next room, don’t worry because you can choose glazed panels or vents.
Complete Conservatory Refurbishment
As your conservatory windows are not as exposed to the elements as the roof is, we usually find that windows do not need to be replaced. However, with a new roof, you can expect at least another 10 years out of the conservatory, so this would be the time to consider whether you are completely happy with the layout. For instance, do you have enough opening windows, or would you like a solid wall on one side?
