Cardiff's Premier Double Glazing Installer - Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Roofs

Meet the Team

If we could only use one word to associate with our business it would be ‘care’. We care about our customers and we care about each other.

We pride ourselves on being known in the area as a company that delivers quality products and service. To maintain the quality, we made a conscious decision to always fully employ our installers. This allows us to fully support them and gives us the control to maintain quality standards. That loyalty is rewarded and a quick look through our reviews will show you that our fitters are often mentioned by name and are clearly a credit to our company.

Fully Employed Installers for Quality Control

This is unique in an industry that has always sub-contracted building work.

For the customer it means guaranteed care and quality.

Developing expertise takes time. Our staff can take time off for extra training because we employ them. Subcontractors, on the other hand, can’t afford the time off for on-going training. It’s an unregulated business so anyone can fit windows.

Who wouldn’t want this friendly bunch in their home – not all at once, of course!

Highly Commended

We are proud to be highly commended as a family business in the Cardiff Business Awards. Since starting the business over twenty years ago, we have strived to be an important part of the Cardiff community. We are well supported through our Facebook Page where we have a substantial following. Join us there and you will quickly get a flavour of who we are.

Our Brand

The way that we present ourselves to the Cardiff public has changed a lot over the years but we chose the green because of our beautiful Welsh Valleys and because we feel it is representative of our values. We are passionate about doing our bit to protect the environment and are aware of the impact that used windows and doors could have if not disposed of properly. You can read more about our values here. We are also mindful of partnering with manufacturers who share our values.

We’re a growing business and part of that is to represent our brand in a professional way. We were excited to take delivery of another new van this week. One of the benefits of dealing with a small company is that we bring your windows and doors with us on the day. Some companies will deliver ahead of time and expect you to store the parts until the fitters arrive. Our larger vans enable us to carry any part and your installer will bring them on the day of installation.

Our Installers

We have a great team of highly skilled installers who will ensure that your windows and doors are fitted perfectly. Our reviews show that they go over and above what customers usually expect. They’re a great bunch of lads whose prime concern is to complete a great job but you can see from the photos, they like a laugh too.

Great windows and doors require expertise to install if you want them working year after year. This is just as important for simple windows and doors as it is for more complicated structures such as bi-fold doors, conservatories, and replacement roofs.

There would be no point in having fabulous products without the expertise to install them and know that our customers will be happy.

Community Spirit

We all live in and around Cardiff and you probably know that there is great community spirit. Obviously, we are rugby fans and love to cheer on our fantastic Welsh team. Our Miall fancies himself for the squad but so far has only made it for Taffs Well RFC Veterans. Keep trying Miall!

James is also a rugby supporter and was proud to receive his Wales Deaf rugby cap. The Wales Deaf management team is run by a group of dedicated volunteers who provide advice and support in the field of coaching, physiotherapy, conditioning, finance, administration and media relations.

Our Max (they don’t call me Max for nothing) Watkins is also Captain of the Taff Wells team.

We are proud to support local girls football team Sully Pinks.
